Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong · Mon–Sun 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (by appointment)
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact page or call / WhatsApp us at +852 6908 3428. One of our consultants will contact you to understand your requirements, explain the process, and guide you through every step of the documentation.
The typical process involves five stages:
  1. Consultation — discuss your needs and browse candidate profiles.
  2. Interview — meet shortlisted candidates via video call or in person.
  3. Documentation — we prepare your employment contract and visa forms.
  4. Submission — we submit the application to the HK Immigration Department.
  5. Arrival & Settling In — your helper arrives; we provide orientation guidance.
We manage all the paperwork so you can focus on welcoming your new helper.
Processing time varies depending on the helper's country of origin and the Immigration Department's current workload. As a general guide, it typically takes around 2 to 3 months from document submission to the helper's arrival. We always give you a realistic timeline at the outset.
Absolutely. We shortlist candidates based on your specific criteria — experience with children or the elderly, cooking skills, language ability, and more. We then arrange an interview via WhatsApp / Zoom video call, or in person at our Tsim Sha Tsui office if the helper is already in Hong Kong.
Our service fees are transparent with no hidden charges. The total cost typically covers placement, visa processing, and documentation, and varies by the helper's nationality and the package you choose. View the Smart Package, Basic Packages, or contact us for a personalised breakdown.
As an employer in Hong Kong, you are required by law to provide:
  • Monthly salary at or above the government-set Minimum Allowable Wage (MAW)
  • Free accommodation and meals (or a food allowance in lieu)
  • Medical and hospitalisation insurance
  • Government levy (if applicable to your household)
  • Round-trip economy airfare to and from the helper's home country upon contract completion
Many of our candidates have prior experience working in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the Middle East. All helpers listed with us have completed accredited training in their home countries, covering childcare, elderly care, cooking, and household management. We personally verify references and certificates before adding anyone to our database.
Yes. During your initial consultation, simply let us know your specific requirements — infant care, elderly companion, Cantonese cooking, etc. We will match you with candidates who hold relevant training certificates and demonstrated hands-on experience in those areas.
The standard employment contract for foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong is two (2) years, as stipulated by the Immigration Department. Both parties can agree to renew the contract upon expiry.
We stand behind every placement. Depending on your applicant category and the timing of a withdrawal, you may be entitled to a free replacement or a partial refund. Full details are on our Refund & Replacement Policy page, or feel free to ask our consultants directly.

No. Care Global never charges a helper a placement fee — not a discount, not a reduced rate, nothing. All of our agency service fees are paid by the employer in Hong Kong. We believe a helper who isn't starting the job in debt is in a far better position to stay, which is why this has been one of our founding principles since day one.
We take time to understand your skills, preferences, and career goals. We then match you with employers whose household needs and family environment align with your profile. We believe a good fit benefits everyone — and that is always our goal.
