The Fine Print, Made Clear

Free replacement of the helper if she leaves within the 1st year of reporting for duty (whether the helper resigns or the employer terminates).
A flexible 3-month window to find a replacement from the date the original helper's contract ends.
No questions asked — it's an all-inclusive replacement package.*
If a replacement isn't needed within Year 1, you still get a 20% discount on a replacement taken within Year 2.
If the helper completes her full 2-year contract with no replacement or discount used, you get a 20% discount on hiring a replacement after contract completion — provided the new helper is finalised within 3 months of the completion date.
Renewing the contract with the same helper? You get a 50% discount on the renewal charges.
One extra basic medical check-up for the helper during the 2-year period, on request.
Free wage & holiday record-keeping, worth HK$2,400 on its own.

*Air ticket (full amount) and training (if required) for the replacement helper are not included in the package.

Once a replacement is availed under this package, the discounts described in points 4–6 no longer apply.
The replacement or discount only applies to the helper this package was originally paid for — not to replacing another helper in the household or hiring an additional helper.
If a suggested replacement isn't suitable, you're welcome to bring your own helper and we'll process the application for you.
No refund is issued once the helper for whom this package was purchased has reported for duty — see our Refund & Replacement Policy for full terms.
